Just 2 weeks ago (about there), they were selling this bike for just RM767.

Price-wise I dont know. The model that I want to test out (Dahon Curve D7) is not available here in MY. I saw somewhere retail $750.

Bromptons are cheaper in Singapore. But then if you go HK, you can pay for AirAsia, get yourself a Brommie and come back and it'll still be cheaper than SG/MY

Adui...>< ...... i was lucky dat time as i didnt pay 1st ...only after more than a week ( asi try scout ard 4 better pricing ) when they took down d ads ...i panic liaw n contact them to conform if i still entitle 4 d offer n they say yes.......so fast2 pay lor......... aft receiving tis bike....my mind now kena poison liaw......need to get another 4 for whole family .....my wallet is starting to feel d sakit .....hehe

It doesn't matter where it is made. Most frames are now made in China, even very branded ones. The price for Dahon went a bit haywire because Rodalink has lost the franchise to Guan Chow and is trying sabo the price to safeguard their Terns. What you have now, is the last few units left in their inventory. I saw the Speed going for like RM1580 the other day but that was the last unit. We can pray though that Guan Chow, out of good will follow along the price set for the first few shipments which have already arrived and on the way to the distributors. Then the consumers win, right? The newer Dahon uses better drivetrain units now, I think they have discarded Neos already. For all we care , Tern can have all the Neos, hahahaaa.

I don't know Guan Chow will bring back the Dahon Curve as 16 inch wheelers are getting really hot now. Easy to fold and carry into LRTs. Let's hope thy do. But it's easily obtained in Singapore and Bangkok.

for me i go 4 dahon ......tho i m a newbie w foldies ..as i received it to day....d ride n d fittings r good .

Got myself a Dahon Vybe fr Kimbell Jaya which is a great bike for a newbie like me. Have been riding it alternate days and decided 2 pimp my ride by adding some accessories like rear light, Cateye Velo Wireless+ and mirror. Also ordered a front light which hopefully is on the way

We as d end use sure happy if their price go haywire....let these company hv ' war' among themselfs so bikers can get some durian runtuh prices.....higher prices keeps people away fr taking up d sports....tis is wat happened to golf sports those days....now its more affordable n d volume of player also increase...

Waaa good safety feature ......i m gonna get them too n a bag to tapau d bike...
