guys is there any rules can do one on one exchange if the phone not using more than 2 weeks? LOL...
and any one went Samsung Premium Care & Experience Center in Mutiara Damansara before? Will there be long queue if go there fix phone on weekday?

I dont think so .... Even HTC offering 1 to 1 for the 1st week was a big thing before this . I always go that center and frankly , damm sohai to the max . I never have so many complains on SME service until i go there . Basically , everything that goes for warranty need to change motherboard eg corrupted EFS , USB port faulty and even faulty sim slot also need to change the motherboard . And as for service wise , they are good , lots of counters and u get a nice coach to sit down or can walk around playing with their demo units unlike when they were at the old place beside federal highway

anybody wish to have a "CHECKLIST FOR NEW PHONE" section on the first post or is it just me that do not know what to check when i get my note 4 tomorrow??

-----------------------unbox-----------------------
1. check metal frame for dents
2. check screen corners for gap that moved when pressed
3. check items in the box (note 4 x1 unit, charger x1 unit, in-ear earphone x 1pairs, silicon earbuds x3 pairs, S-pen x1,tips for S-pen x???)

------------------Startup--------------------------
3. check the screen for yellow/ blueish hue, dead pixel, uneven white
4. match IMEI (*#06#) with the sticker on the box.
5. things to watchout for camera?
6. things to watchout for CPU version?
7. things to watchout for speakers?

Please guide me on the 5,6 n 7 ...and any other points to check that i missed. rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

Well, I personally feel Samsung has gone overboard with the TW *FRAMEWORK* (I'm not complaining about the UI since I don't really care about that).

So much sh*t is tied down to this framework that they've become almost like that other platform.

The promise of Android is/was that it would run on all devices, but the worst offenders of the TW Framework are the S-apps, like S-Note, S-Memo, S-Health etc.

You can't port any of these to any other devices, and although I dearly love the active digitizer on the Note series, _middle-finger_ to Samsung for locking it down.

Again, TO ALL USERS OF NOTE:

DO NOT USE S-NOTE OR S-MEMO if you value your data's portability.

I recommend Handy Note Pro, Dio Note, Papyrus as the most portable apps in the Android ecosystem.

Remember, your data is your own, not Samsung's to lock away.

Hi all, I wanna ask if the "Your connection is unstable" still occur in Note 4? (And I believe this only happen to all the Samsung phones right?)

Hows the built material? Do you think the sides paint will come off easily like Note 2 / 3?

I faced it before with my NII running DN3, when I'm still on stock I didn't received this before
