for issues like building quality, poor management or building structure problem, since this is a completed project, you can actually visit and have a view there, if quality and management not good then it will definitely show up in the surface of common area and facilities, structure problem can also be discover through actual unit visit, so this wouldn't be a big problem la, jz need time to go there and inspect by yourself. But for own stay, can survey about the neighbourhood, in the end good neighbours definitely will make your living there a lot peaceful and enjoyable. Happy hunting for your first property biggrin.gif

Any other areas u looking at? I think for first property u have to look into proven locations with high demands

Dont need to be high end luxury condo for investment

As long as rental is good n cover at least 80% of monthly installment to me is good

Even cheap low cost flat in right location giving better roi than condos

Unit owner here . I did quite a few analysis and found that its a convenient neighbourhood. With the largest mall in Malaysia within walking distance, it can't get any easier. Rental market is easily 4k up with mostly expat families sending their kids to nearby top International School. Ask any questions you like and If you'd like to share the referral fee, PM me.
