I was told that the villa at Par 3 will be build beside the sewage treatment facility for puteri palma condo. My friend is staying at block B of puteri palma and the smell is unbearable !!!
I was also told that the residents of puteri palma are strongly against Par 3 project as the condo will be build right beside the guard house of puteri palma condo and the soon to be build 32 floors condo at Par 3 will block the golf view of many residents at puteri palma. When IOI marketed puteri palma to public, they claim that this condo will be surrounded by golf course with clear natural view hence many buyers of puteri palma felt cheated by IOI.
This is typical IOI (chinaman style) who promised the moon when they marketed their luxury houses on top of the hills at Bandar puteri puchong . After people bought into their idea and purchased the units, IOI build a large condo nearby which causes many houses to crack.
IOI as a developer still lacks class and credibility unlike YTL or SP Setia

IOI as a developer still lacks class and credibility unlike YTL or SP Setia Hi , my sister is staying at puteri palma 3 and the major complaint currently is many units (some costs above RM 1 million) are being rented out to retail companies of IOI city mall who will squeeze about 10 foreign workers (bangla, Nepal, Myanmar) into one condo because they cannot find other place to stay which is within walking distance to the mall. Imagine spending over RM 1 mil to buy a supposedly premium condo and am now having bangla, myanmmar and Nepalese as neighbour??? I agree with Rivalry that IOI lacks class and they are only interested to make profit at all cost. IOI should at least anticipate this potential problem and build hostels or flat to house the foreign workers As the next phase of IOI city mall is going to start soon, you can expect more foreign workers flocking into this neighbourhood and I bet they will move into Par 3 which will probably cost less than Puteri palma 3 units. Just because they have a mall nearby does not mean they can market it at premium price..... And IOI city mall is not even near the class of Pavillion KL.

what i see its not feel like we live in malaysia anymore..this foreigner and outsiders..haizzz..
Stay near Uni,campus We have problem with foreigner students as well.
Stay near to mall also like this.this is not a first mall i know la.We who have rights as malaysian citizen need to find home outskirts of city centre to live,to work.whylaaa..

IOI is a typical greedy developer who is only interested to make money. They have no long term planning for township and do not anticipate any potential problems which may later affect the value of the property they had sold.

IOI caters more to the low and medium income group. They have no successful track record in building luxury property . Par 3 is too expensive and overrated . Go see the actual building site and you will understand what I mean. They are trying to squeeze in a 32 floor condo and town villas into a small plot of land .

Is common in malaysia that near mallthe condo will have foreign workers. Near uni will have africant student..can't do anything about it.. now..But what concern me more is that the maintenance management puteri palma , the maintenance is getting worst , the elevators condition is horrible, the swiming pool have sand and slimy, the fish pond the water is murky can't see the fish at all.. when go make a complaint they put the blame on the foreign workers .speechless. ..

Checking their Gems Residences and realised the Par 3 which is not from Gems. Much expensive and kind of position as lower density n higher end there. The view to golf course is stunning le.
