A par 3, or par-3 hole, is a hole that an expert golfer is expected to need only three strokes to complete. Par-3 holes are the shortest holes on the golf course, holes that are short enough that the golfer can try to hit the green with his tee shot. A hole's par always includes two putts, so a par 3 is one where the expert golfer is expected to hit the green in one stroke, then take two putts to get the ball into the hole.

I've spotted this project too. Very low density 4units or 1 unit per floor (bungalow in the sky). 32floors,estimated around 128 units or lesser only. heard SA it wil be launched end of 2015 after COMPLEXION condo. located at the central, better location nearer to Ioicitymall. waiting for this!!! Ok, thanks. My guess is they may delay the launch to 2016 (since connextion launch first) and the price may not be cheap. I do like the townhouse. Something to keep an eye on.

IOI City Mall plans to expand its phase 2 which will add in at least 1mil square feet NLA to recently opened 1.5mil square feet mall. When completed, IOI City Mall (NLA of 2.5mil square feet) will be the largest mall in Malaysia.
