Wow u r fast.
I've spotted this project too. Very low density 4units or 1 unit per floor (bungalow in the sky). 32floors,estimated around 128 units or lesser only. heard SA it wil be launched end of 2015 after COMPLEXION condo. located at the central, better location nearer to Ioicitymall. waiting for this!!! Don't like One U and paradigm mall. Messy masterplan.
paradigm mall carpark is the worst.. shop in one U feel breathless, low ceiling height like shopping in cage. Not relaxing at all. The only only pros is many tenants/shops. |
