I have tried reboot and reflashing..seems like custom ROMs simply wont detect my SIM. The only ROM that detects my SIM is the latest stock ROM. So every time I will start flashing custom ROM from that point, and once I boot into custom ROM its either SIM wont get detected or IMEI gets unknown.
I tried this, at working custom ROM I use TWRP backup /EFS. Flashed custom ROM. IMEI unknown. Restore the /EFS backup made earlier. But still to no success.

So in the end how do you fix the issue? what is the root cause of your problem exactly? In fact when I flashed AD3.1 to my i9300 my IMEI and baseband are correct but somehow I got the No service error.

Google search can't be removed - you have to untick it in aroma installer. For adding ringtone - install root explorer - launch it - go to system - media - notification - ringtone. I suggest you rename those whatever ringtones you have B4 copying to that folder. And reboot.

QUOTE(normeck @ Aug 2 2015, 03:44 PM) used recovery TWRP that packed by Naveed or the new philz recovery Ok you won't believe this. Originally I have given up but I saw your reply so I turned on my i9300 to try your fix, but without even trying your fix, it works...SIM is detected. I have tried reboot, power off for few hours the other day but not a damn thing works. Now it works without any fix...so thanks guys. BTW, although it works now (and I have made a full nandroid backup) but when I flashed the ROM last time, I untick Xposed just to save that lil bit amount of time. Now I wanna install Xposed manually as I was too afraid to reflash it again. I just wanna ask the Xposed originally included in AD3.1, is it the same with the one here http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/sup...xposed-t3072979 ? I wanna try to follow the instructions there.
