Hey guys, just realized a problem on my i9300 AD3.1 where my GPS is not functional at all. Did some search and some guy say it may be a Baseband version issue where I am using i9300DXUGMK1. Did you guys face any GPS issue with this baseband or how to I update to new baseband?

Mine is i9300UBUGNG1. No problem with gps. Did u check google service? If u mistakenly disable location manager it will break gps.

Thanks but my GPS was working in Stock Samsung ROM, it only stops working when I flashed AD3.1 into it and I may have flashed some old modem firmware into it, causing the GPS not working. Does anyone have any more ideas?

Reflashing stock may help.

But I am doing fine with AD3.1 and I loved it, don't want back to be using stock ROM. By the way, I should be more clear when I said GPS isn't working, I downloaded GPS Status and it shows that my GPS signal keeps dropping, thereby making it unusable.

EDIT: Solved by tightening the screws. Its locking faster than ever now.

Sorry I don't have any idea on that issue. BTW on AD3.1 did realize incoming call wakes up my screen too slowly, is that the issue you're facing as well?

BTW, yeah I tightened the screws on the back of my phone and voila.

Theres 2 way. Either u set higher min cpu speed or disable proximity sensor.

Just saw an update to AD3.1.2. Just out of curiosity, how to I update to that version. Fetching, downloading and reflash it?
