I have been playing for almost two weeks now..been stuck at level 25 for a while now..can't seem to get any armor or weapon with light attribute to increase my level anymore

Plus i have not purchased The Expansion yet... Should I?

omnigul strikes for NF & weekly again this week

Me noob too.. in the end I got the DLC and it gives me
- some rare armor that has higher light so I go from 24 to 26 in one go.
- legendary vehicle
- chance to get rare ships easilly

U need to do strikes to get vanguard points n level up your vanguard rep to purchase higher level armor. By doin this it will bring u up to level 31.

doing strike going to lvl30 is easy, to lvl31 do some raid is faster, otherwise the shard not easy to get need some purple eq to provide shard

i am now at lvl30 without doing VoG or any raid yet, still need 6 light points to lvl31, but insufficient of shard to upgrade my eq

Sorry, this time my post TLDR.

I was not prepared for what happened today. Booted my ps4 and saw the NF was OmniBullshit. Bummer.. it's almost impossible to solo. Nevertheless i tried with my warlock. First try, booted with error jackrabbit. Second try, booted with error baboon. I then saw one of my friends running the NF with an open slot, and i jumped in. We rocked the NF. His friend who had an icebreaker got another icebreaker 2.0, and i was bummed as i only got a purple pulse rifle which i immediately dismantled.

I then remembered my warlock had 2 raid pieces needing shards. So i went to solo Crota's first chest. And then... BOOM.

With my warlock i opened the chest, fully expecting shards/energies like i always get. Suddenly a loud thunderous sound echoed from my speakers as a bright yellow box emerged on the screen. I was in disbelief. It was the motherflippin GJALLARHORN 2.0! I almost pissed myself. Elated, i loaded my second character to get more shards. BOOM. No Land Beyond. Then my third character. My luck had to be used up for the day. Then BOOM. Another No Land Beyond. I left for work with a smile on my face and a song in my heart.

2nd run, pony got NLB
3rd run, I got NLB again......

I want to try VoG too haha, just manage to get my 2nd legend but still levelling up - another legend will push me above lv27. The vanguard lvl up package score me my first legend scout rifle another nitc, but still pretty low power compare to my rare DLC handcannon

Hope got time to play on New Year Eve though.. bz with events haha

When I got the NLB I quickly dismantle it at crota first chest haha.

Saw my friends doing crota's raid with free slot, so jump in
jumped right into the 2nd chest, which they already opened the room door
picked up the loot, change character, jumped in, got another loot
so I got my 2 chars 4 chests from Crota raid all within 10mins

Then 1st char NF, breeze thru it with VoC + maxed IB 2.0
got Hardlight as reward
2nd char NF, breezing thru again
and finally got my long awaited fxcking Gallarhorn!!

then saw another team of my friend got gallarhorn, and IB from their NF
2 of the most desirable exotics in the game!

thank RNGesus no NLB for us at all

Haha.. long awaited? I'm still waiting since Destiny launched huuuuu!!! and so is someone heehee.. my 2/3 NF runs dropped me 2 titan helmets.. will run another after work.. Hope to get exotic weapon pulak..

Made a mistake last NF run.. got 2 IB in a row.. dismantled it.. should have just leave it at each char instead... sometimes u just want to jump in a session wifout the need to go to tower and get/switch stuff..
