The final damage upgrade is the same on both guns at 331. What you want for handcannons is the impact, and stability as your second concern. Higher impact gives you more damage, and stagger enemies more frequently. This is true even if both guns have the same damage values. If i were you i'd use the one on the left, as the perk to reduce grenade cooldown is super useful.

Uhhh, is the Black Garden mission the last mission for Destiny? I completed it a few days ago without thinking too much and I can't seem to find any new 1 player missions now. :\

People don't seem to like the new Undying Mind strike. Everytime I went in through vanguard roc, there's always people departing..     

U need to do strikes to get vanguard points n level up your vanguard rep to purchase higher level armor. By doin this it will bring u up to level 31.
