Discounted price means syndicated price I.e lower cost. You don't expect them to tell flippers that they will sell earlier and cheaper? Guess you don't know how they work or experience with them.

Frozen fruit in Malaysia? Most of those cheap " ice cream" is not ice cream.

Ya lor, my girl friend says ok . I say no. She cannot say anything.

Feel sad for bear bear. Next year he buys 700k , need to combine income , then ma have to follow what gf says? Like that little bear bear have to "listen to mama' words".

Foreigner min RM1 mln is not enough

In KV, min should be at least RM2 mln plus cannot buy any form of Link houses

Can only buy Cluster House, Semi-D and Bungalow

For Condo, can only buy > 2,000 sq ft

Salary earner single income so easy to have 18k meh? U professional also feel got difficulty la.. 3 property got my name, but bank have all of it..

Of course property bubble aint coming to malaysia. U have no idea how much money others have and the percentage of young couples still not owning a house . U are working in the industry in which it dellusions u because you deal with such cases on a daily.

Of course. Sales is getting slower and minor price drop had occurred . Did u see drastic drop ? Holding powers are still strong in malaysia. After the price stabalises, steadier increases is expected.

For my circles of friends . Those who already bought one are using combined salary. Those who are singles and high earners. Rm 20000 a month per person. Still not buying a property at all. And the best part is their parents already have at least 1 or 2 property at hand to pass down.

If you are as real as your postings here . U are in a worried situation.

Yeap agree should be 2M up & review annually (Upward that is).

Govt should not allowed foreigner to own freehold property, don't want them to buy over the country.
