Bear bear is actually doing loan too, he attach to many loan officer from several bank, I got friend did the same thing as well, full time insurance n doing loan part time.
Thats why bear bear angry bird when customer asked for too much discount from lawyer

That why I advise him don't do business

It is the law & regulation that not stern, firm, strict and fair...... that resulted such practises mah..... Blame the Gomen.... If they are good.... who dares to take or giv discount??....

If u r loan officer , your client not ask for discount and your lawyer give u 50% u won't say the same things

Or U can choose not take lawyer commission

And the best part.... always blaming the wrong party....

Bear2, the customers are asking discount for the misc and disbur costs, not the professional fees. So, the law firms has to pay the claim close to actual expense, can't allow any inflated mileage claims anlmore. With this, you can't make extra mileages claims anymore...

Few weeks ago i heard my friend said use sme loan with interest rate blr+x% because got kang tao can earn more than the repayment. If they smart use their pama house to refinance to cash out the equity then can get blr - 2%++.. At the end of the day u still need to pay bank, why not save urself the interest? As long it meet ur objective can get the cash u need who care how u get it? Boss, old generation PAMA dun like take loan... they don't have anything except FD in multiple banks... so just bodik2 with thos old PAMA will do la..

Just to point bbw back to track so that can prevent him go into jalan sesat.. Rich go refinance their house he think got dead chicken.. young people can take loan under their name and repay themselve should be not much issue there la..
