this is the 2nd loan for rich ppl in tmn connaught refinancing their own bunglows... what had happen? rich ppl dont play around with their property under loan and refinanced it for cash..

I look at the rich ppl alos feel sad for them, they are so "sui yee" & water fish dunno got a big time wallop from loan officer..

I repomen lar, everyweek repo cheras, kepong, jinjang, wasngsa, setapak area, where Chinese majority, I wallop there...

U know why I say sui yee or not? U refinance need ask lawyer , of course ask discounts, but because sui yee engage loan officer first, loan officer refer to law firm, the ask commission from law firm from 10%- 50% legal fees,

the suiyee keep asking discounts for legal fees and etc.. dunno actually discounts are given but coz loan officer want take commision, that discounts considered given, sui yee pays full sum 80k.. the loan officer acted friendly and say nth to do with bills, knnn he sapu 30%, that y he can only get 20% max discounts.. damm

of course, weakening I see, expansion or covering loss can be used interchangeably...

This is your another weakness n problem again. Why so bz body on something not related to u ? Lawyer will not take if he think cannot accept the rate. If willing to take then don't whining.
