Dun b so naive la. B4 signing agreement, I oledi gotten the quote and loyar pay me cash of the discounted amount on the spot le. Why do I care I'm getting which Bill le??? U new in prop ar???

Usually not even need to ask for discount....the lawyer up front will give discount whe provide quote. This one bbw hav no experience. Dont blame him la...

like this suiyee zuiko suddenly went with financial crisis, he refinance his bunglows for 4 million, valuers give 2 million coz it is inflated . sui yee zuiko approached a loan officer head, called pirana Jliew , pirana Jliew see suiyee zuiko immediately think money coming...

loan for 2 million is sure for sui yee zuiko, so as 2 million commission given out by bank to pirana Jliew..

Pirana Jliew refer to kind BBW firm... asking for a cut for referring such case.. say legal fees is around 13.5k (not including disbursement) for loan & S&P transferring from suiyee zuiko to his son so double whammy 13.5k x 2= 27k + (disbursement)

pirana Jliew ask for 50% cut from legal fees of 27k ( and ask kind BBW not to give discounts completely to suiyee Zuiko)... at the signing time, sui yee zuiko after signing were slapped with legal fees bills for loan & transfer for 27k legal fees only, disbursement addup , stamp duty add up maybe around 35k to 40k

sui yee zuiko feel must get discount, but could not get coz pirana Jliew say law firm charges are like that one.. cannot discount one.. actually pirana Jliew wanan sapu 50%, if suiyee zuiko really ask for discounts, then pirana Jliew 50% will be reduced on how much sui yee asking


kind BBW can reveal actually what pirana Jliew is doing, but maybe the last business with pirana Jliew.. look again, if suiyee zuiko really sui yee, pirana Jliew scott free with 13.5k doing nth (basically talk cock when signing) but if kind BBW inform sui yee zuiko on the spot sure pecah lubang..

some rubbish firm 70-80%, damm really doh.gif , agent & loan officer running the show doh.gif doh.gif , all goyang LP , the freaking loan officer even claim transport for 500 under the suiyee loan amount as processing fees

suiyee say very good, efficient loan officer.. loan officer sapu too from banks for commission of 2 million too
