If indeed market price drop 20% meaning something bad happened to the economy, then probably your boss cut 20% from your pay, then 20% discount mean nothing to you.

Can't be economy very good owner can pay mortgage easily but deliberately give 20% discount for fun, if really wanna do charity might ask well earn your money then donate to those really in need, why give to sochai like you ?

Claimed OUG Parklane is actually low cost apartment at 280K now want to ask for middle range price of 400K.

Whereas Cloud Tree only 500K which is much better choice, can easily book using 5K deposit, GF & himself can wait 2+years for VP, got place to stay while waiting, can accumulate more money for renovation (claimed keep 3K each month).

I wonder what's keeping him ?? Why still want to wait 2 monts after GST ?? Thinking developer will give him another 20% discount ? or some owner will cut 200K for undercon unit to offer him ?

Why are you waiting for ah ? Mr. Bear2please enlighten us, we can't figure out why you wait & don't want to fast2 pay deposit & book a unit of CloudTree ? Not qualified for Bank Loan, GF don't want to wait while staying in rented apartment ? In law says no ready property don't married our daughter ? Not enough $$ for DP + wedding expenditure ?

Which one ah ? Can advice us noobs or not ?

AhBear not happy people ask discount from his GF legal firm, also don't like people asking discount for his PAMA land.

But

He always ask people for 20% discount on other people property, even newly launch property like Cloud Tree also he ask for discount as he deem property can't finish within 2 week of launching must give discount, Property vacant for more than 2 months must give discount.

Maybe he want to drag buying house for married, as he want to wait longer so that PAMA in law have no choice but to give him 10-20% discount on "Pin Kam" (Mas kahwin) less wedding diner table, less Chi Mui Angpow + free house for marrying their daughter.. laugh.gif
