i see.... now i know sweden is the HQ. lol. smile.gif thanks for sharing...

no wonder the screen touch capability is screwed.

I sent it directly to IXSUN at Plaza Berjaya.

Normally Plaza Berjaya SC is fast if there are parts. sweat.gif
And I think other SC practices the same.

Btw, it's better to slap another glass protector on it.

Actually it is depend on luck.
But i admit that, Sony waterproof is not that so good. But i believe it work at 80%+.
You can read a lot of negative comments because most peoples will just diam diam when there is no problem.
And i believe most peoples didn't use it in water.

But the decision is on yours.

i take pictures underwater since xperia v and never encounter any problems, but I dont do it often, as i see no point in it and that the backglass is glued in, and they removed the back by heating it. problems is our country is so hot, i scared the back glass glue may be compromised

It's an airtight glue, not normal 3M glue.
Normally heat won't spread to the areas where the adhesive is but given the weather in Malaysia, I can say it will last a year.

I don't think the weather will cause any issue. The phone itself is much more hotter than the weather when overheat.

I don't think Z3 overheats a lot; it's more like warm.

I think I would fell much better if they do nano coating like the moto g, at least if water manage to get in, it won't get short circuited. But I still bring it into hot spring twice and it still ok.

Anyway where is the moist detector paper on the z3 located, I don't seem to notice it.

No way you can survive longer with nano coating. Remember, it will rust too.
Btw, I think I shared it at previous version thread. Lemme check.

EDIT : I found it. It's at your nano SIM tray. https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...&#entry70889174

Does anyone ever use some kind of protective film/glass/cover for the Z3 rear camera lens?
When I bought my Nilikin Z3 Back Tempered Glass, it comes with a film sheet, where there is a lot of circle pre-cut onto it. At first glance I presume it is for the camera lens and I find the best fit circle, take it out and install on the lens. And then get another even smaller circle for the flash.

After that I test several days, I notice if no flash is used, photo quality almost no compromise. But once flash is used, there is a blue tint on the picture, like a layer of light blue transparent paper put in front of the camera lens then only shoot the photo.

My 1st doubt is the film on the flash that causes the problem. So I remove the flash film first. And it does indeed reduce the issue by a lot, but not completely. Hence I eventually also remove the film on the camera lens.

Now it got my curiosity to search whether there exists any sort of good quality camera lens protective film/glass/cover that does not cause the above mention issue. If you happen to know something about this please share with me.

Nasib baik power + volume up button work to reset the phone.

Anyway anyone know a good place to repair phone, I used a nano sim adapter on my moto g, then forcefully replace with normal Microsim and now the sim stuck.
