40k service 1.1k is too high but i am sure they have included unnecessary items .
If follow NISSAN schedule 40k=rm648.08    30k=rm281.31

where do you service your car? Kinda tired of SC keep charging so much already.

I only went to Chan Siow Lin and Setapak SC. Any other recommended SC?

If you are using their fully synthetic 0w20 engine oil,  interval is 10k
I told sc that I want my aircond service interval every 30k they are ok with that and I claim my warranty for cooling coil leakage with no problem. 

Brake if you want to skip also can but for me I think it's more important than aircond coz it involves safety.

4k mileage.. fan sound very load when idling

Wow so your almera have all the standard defect for almera .
......all under warranty so foc right ?except for the belt must pay or u manage to get foc also 

i just reach 34k and so far only change bearing 1 time and waiting for the rest defect to come 

dammmm i bought batery outside rm10 ....by the way any possibility to increase the range for the alarm to be detected ?
my key must stand very near to the car then only can lock .i thougt my batery weak so i changed it but its the same .

U mean when engine is idling? Can be heard from inside the car as well?

Not the keyless but the normal version centralize lock .must be very near to lock wish can adjust to make it work from further distance like my old myvi.
If forgot where i park also cannot use the alarm to find 

anyone facing this problem where the aircond becomes not cold when it rains when car is put into reverse? very irritating....

it's super irritating for me. what about rain, does it still feel cold?

i have changed rear wheel bearing, both side. covered by warranty
Changed radiator fan motor. own cost
now is air-cond..phew..

sigh, i'm at the TC service centre because my fan motor tapao yesterday night. my car no more warranty because after 3 years liao... just to change it is approx RM800 plus labour plus GST. i really hate nissan. will never buy myself another nissan.

Thinking of MPV , economic maybe proton ertiga , budget allowed Honda brv. But disposed almera , I guess need to top up bank loan. See how it goes. The price of almera aren't good, I left with 60k plus loan. Market price for almera I think 40 plus max 50k for 3 years old car.

Been driving my car slightly over 3 years. Still using the stock continental tyres. SC says still ok. I wonder if the tyres would be too dry and old by now. I don't see any cracks on them though. 14,500km mileage.
Btw, stock battery finally died 2 weeks ago.

I do short distance drive often cause work place from home it just 10 minutes drive maximum.

Top up the battery water whenever the level drops. That would usually prolong the life span.

Don't switch from D to N while you are driving. Let the gear change by itself let say from down kick to D overdrive again.

If it was at idle, I would say its the sparkplugs. Maybe its the electronic control unit. Probably its not calculating properly. Since its giving wrong signal to the gearbox.
