Unless u purchase staff program (very common for TC, supplier and any related party can purchase), which is worth but causes problems for normal buyer!

This is their practice, even u complaint to HQ is useless, they will tell send your car again to the SC.
Then SA will park your car there half day, informed you after checked no problems.
We really no time and lose to them.
Want sell also problems because very low resale value, some more a lot of ppl purchase staff program, even further down the price.

My aircond when car reverse not cold still cannot solve although sent few times to SC.
Now when press pulling outside air can feel no wind, something wrong.
Need send SC again...Haiz

TC everything want cut cost.
When people compared to other same segment model, Almera much cheaper.
In fact, a lot of small things they take out, when people want buy car that time not realize. After got the car, start driving, only found out a lot of stuffs don't have

My car battery new car until now almost 2 years, still OK.

TC never check battery water level although they mentioned 11 points check.

My car just 22 months, battery kong liao.
Cost me RM210 changed at outside workshop, traded in old battery.

We got to check our own battery water level, stupid SC never check

but 30K service cost me RM400
