I haven't change. My milage not yet reach. I did ask my workshop, he did say it's Nissan belt. Rm110 include installation. About month end only I should reach my 100k km milage.

Edit: I just went and check visually. Apparently my belt now. Is actually Nissan made in Indonesia. Visually, there are no cracks yet. Maybe it can be used longer just tighten a bit. Used since 50k km, March 2017... I mean u decide, I don't want to force you. If u have budget constraints then try OEM. Whichever feels ok with you.

Great do share if it still last after. 6mths. I use PIAA refill blade on ori metal frame., after 2yrs already still good. Bosch is the worst. Never buy it, avoid at all cost.

Sure buy from lazada or shopee is fine. My only advice, buy from a branded manufacturer. It could be OSK, Denso, Fram...etc. u can tell from their multi color packaging. Just dont buy those with Nissan logo box (all are fake, plus the shop claim is OEM anyway, so there's no Ori Nissan for cabin filter)
i dont really like carbon filters, hard to install and if you deform the filter, the shape dont bounce back. I personally like OSK, value for money, i can change 6mths/12mths as i like.

cheapest is MrDiy AEROPAK - foamy, but a bit sticky. Make sure wipe off residue. or spray a bit of water to rinse.
WD40 AC cleaner (no flex tube though) - less sticky, less foamy, cleaning so so.
8Line - very pricy... I never buy and try.
Klenso (home type AC spray) - very foamy (it will chemically react and produce some heat), melt into water, not sticky. I tried on my home AC. i wanted to test for the big radiator though... havent buy yet.

Its fine for lite dirt. It's less than rm15. If you see those chronic black and dry till cannot see any fins left... I am so sorry... That may need 2 or 3 pass. Or stronger chemical type. I think the wd40 one was almost rm30 or somewhat there.

I think they all say NTN. Now in the market usually made in China. Some managed to find made in Japan. Not sure. These days dont hear much complain on bearing...

if you still have some parts broken left then maybe cement it. rm300 or so... i think ori last time was RM1100 form SC. I cant recall the ori material... now maybe you can get one from rm500-700

I say give up. Unless you have the time to kill. The hand brake there very mafan, unless it fall to the side... It's really hard to remove. You need  Allen key, philips driver, plastic pry tool, star key.
Remove the gear silver cover, pry near the handbrake, pull upward with force, spring clips only don't worry won't break. Then remove the front plastic + screw, push and unscrew with force, if not the bunga eat off.  pull the clip. Remove the 4 star screw at the gear lever. Remove the two hex screw at the rear then can come out.
