I think its 8mm. I cant recall. Yeah they will break off after few years, or if u did any fan motor replacement

Okay conclusion is... it didn't fall off. Someone open it before but forgot to put it back. It's basically that same two little nuts holding that socket and cover at the same time. If u want to DIY, i think you could use any metal or plastic. Good luck.

No no. i mean use back the existing nut. It's that exact nut that was holding your lost metal cover. Just some one forgot to put the cover back before tightening the nut.

Oh then its a high possibility that the cooling coil has leak. usually they say there is a bad smell. not the musty kind. You may able to check your cabin filter or use a camera and visually check. if you have the Green UV dye in the oil its easier to find. if not, just check around the AC piping and compressor for any leaks, especially the thicker/bigger AC pipe. last option is to use a machine at any workshop, they will able to check if the pressure is below recommended. then confirm got leak somewhere.

If i not wrong by default if you never service before the compressor oil. its transparent white. but if you paid the RM3xx major service sometime during the TCEAS "recommended" service it should be green/neon yellow green. If you have a UV torch light (fish aquarium/scan money that kind) it should glow bluish.

If it is leaking from the cooling coil for some time, yes, you will see stains on the cabin filter. if not, there is another way... collect the AC water that drip from your car underneath, use any clean clear food container... if u see oil on the container. high chance the leak was from there.

I just changed gear oil. brake oil and coolant today at Nissan SC. Cost me RM 356.

Interesting. Yours is yellow. Is it greasy/oily? Did you do any DIY cleaning of the AC vents? Because I remember the AC vents when I buy the car new they applied grease on the circular AC vents, to reduce friction. If you didn't accidentally wash the grease down... Then yes. Very highly there is a leak on your cooling coil. Also if u look at the cooling coil fins, the top driver side start to look more dirty. It's possible the leak is there. Especially if you start to feel the AC is not cool enough in the daytime.

The mounts especially the big one... One RM550 ORI vs RM165 TC A+ 😅 i got no choice. Since my ori mounts also seems to start vibrating after 2 years. Doors rattling in the morning. Still not to the point of the bonnet & gear lever rattling. Im gonna try try see how bad it is first. Maybe in March i go change it.

Oh hi. Sorry i long time never check in. Mounting, I didn't change yet.
I changed mine last time all ORI. This round i buy just one piece the largest piece mount from TC. Still in my boot. Haven't had the time to change it yet. Had a few urgent repairs that got this engine mount installation delayed.
I had a top valve gasket leak. Got that done then suddenly time to do regular Engine oil change (back to 0w-20, Mobil1) and brake oil flush and service. Probably next week i might get the mount replaced.

Yes, there's nothing there. It's just holes to lift the gearbox if necessary.

What i know is usually the gearbox mount would break 1st. Before u can even complain about the big engine mount. These two mounts if dying it would show an obvious vibration.
The thing i never heard had issue before was the "dog bone" mount. That one if got problem i guess you probably would hear a klunk when you accelerate forward or reverse.
