then you mean the fact is that this all investor are stupid? they just buy stupidly? having financial struggling and still buying? and bank also stupid allow this stupid investor to buy and bank are happy to lelong later? then so many lelong and then all price at 1mil property sell at 100k?
is that wat u waiting for? then i sugguest u keep waiting... i believe u can get it... just keep wait...

Why so emo? Every now and then oso i see quite a few props in cyber kena lelong since 6-7 years back until now...

Depends on each individual holding power...

Cash rich confirm can enter at huge discount. Less money sure have to buy new launch with less money down...

haha, that's true..

Anyway, me bought one unit for own stay. Wife like the condo facilities... and me hopefully can change to swimming instead of running everyday.

When economy very bad the market may adjust and this may cause price to stagnant or reduce a bit . However due to inflation prices of things will eventually up, wages and livelihood too.

So in a way its right to asume prices of property will never drop. Personal opinion smile.gif

that's true, me checking prop in Cyber for some time.. most of them shoebox style.

With GST coming and ringgit depreciation.. me think its a fair price.

no idea, but enough for me to justify the purchase. Vega is selling at 270k for 500ish sq ft.

my unit will come with studio anyway. so plan to rent that one out + rent my current house...

should be enough to cover 80% percent of my monthly mortgage.
