I bought a unit at this condo because I like the concept (low density and gated) and its value for money but a bit worried because this project does not have the wow factor. The facade looks very boring and the link houses design also look too simple and a bit cheap. The forum here is also very quiet. The sales of the condo is also a bit slow - still many units available. Does anybody think that this development is not a good investment?

That part of cyber is full of condos/apartments - mutiara ville, Pangaea, cyberia, vega, etc all in walkinh distance so competition will be stiff.

Depend on individual the place is actually away from the crowd which is mainly across the road and I heard the hospital will be there as well, it's good at Ceria as it less congested and some people would prefer not too near the happening place but yet reachable and not too far |

I like that this project is low profile because it's great for own stayers. Near enough to all the convenience yet far enough for a peaceful neighbourhood. being mediocre is in fact it's a Wow factor for me.

Construction progress is a bit slow i noticed when compared to verdi (they started at around the same time right?).
