This Ceria condo is not exactly average. Each unit will not be facing other units and its designed like semi-d style. One project can start off very nice but good maintenance is the trick to upgrading the value. For meI would rather a normal llooking one with more own stayers rather than a super nice one with high maintenance fees and many rented out. own stayers will ensure environment is good but for tenants what they care.
I'm noy saying all buyers of Ceria are own stayers but we cannot just compare things on the surface lo |

Ceria website very boring no progress update on construction unlike other development. If any Setia Haruman folks seeing this please take this feedback and upload photos? It keeps current buyers informed and potential buyers interested

Pass through ceria area last weekend, progress very fast. Guard house 70% complete, 1st row of landed roof tiles already up. Condo side piling start di. Is this typical of Setia Haruman to build this fast.
Pangea is looking good and Tamarind is climbing steadily. Very nice |

I like that this project is low profile because it's great for own stayers. Near enough to all the convenience yet far enough for a peaceful neighbourhood. being mediocre is in fact it's a Wow factor for me.
