how much does the blue tank cost anyway?

Expect at least rm200 for a 4ft X 2ft tank.

Anybody here houses their turtles in those blue tubs? Any picture to share of how the setup is? Maybe Uzairi? smile.gif Actually they can be use to house tortoise as well kan? As long as dont put water then those Star Tortoise, Leopard Tortoise etc can be kept as well right? Just my thought icon_idea.gif

I kept my 11 Malayan Box inside the blue tank, 100% water tho but not that deep. Everyday need to clean it. sweat.gif

Tortoises can be placed inside the blue tank also, put some soil, natural plants and pots for their hiding place. wub.gif

100% water meaning no basking spot? BTW by using water tanks, how do you manage filtering and water changing? Been hovering in my mind for quite some time smile.gif

their star is quite pretty (in terms of it's shell)

nope, i din buy. no license and not planning for more sulcata...

i think out there, there's quite a lot of ppl with star now. i think sulcata owner at least 20+ ppl, cause those sulcata i've seen in pet shops are gone

the ally, if u stand at the entrance... is at the right hand row of aquiriums

How should i say... 1/3 of the turtles's height. There's no basking spot which is really dry. They go get natural sunlight indirectly since i put them outside of the house. I dont use any filtering device for them, changing their water manually every 2 days is a must. And when im not at home, its either my dad or my little bro who's gonna do it. laugh.gif

i'm not sure about turtle, but for my tortoise, i've noticed their sleeping pattern

during day time, they will take short naps. wake up and walk then nap again.

but at night, they will sleep soundly. I know cause every morning when i woke up, they will still be same position they slept at night

change manually meaning cedok air using pail & bucket? Or do the tanks have pipes/taps that you can turn on to remove the water?

wow titan... u can even remember each and everyone of ur tortoises' position since last nite ha? coOL lar u... hehe...

but as wat i see... tortoises sleeps more than turtles... they are tend to stay at de same spot very often wan... they are lazier than turtles too as i see or maybe they are heavier? hehe...

here's my RES which they like to dry up themselves by stretching their legs all out without touching the water for a very long period... and u know wat... they even sleep this way with their eye's close!

stretcheeed... hehe...
