bro need to ask as my item arrive on 11th.. u receive ur item through normal posmen right? he drop it in your mailbox or sent to your doorstep

well.. actually both items arrived together. Someone simply cannot count properly.

My house (apartment) is very near to the post/mail room.
What I'm been told was the posmen sent them to my doorstep. but he just ring the bell and leave them there without actually waiting.
So... it is good? not really. But leaving them in the (apartment) mail room also not good / risky as the mail room door wasn't locked. Anyone can get in and you know..

That's why we paid a bit more to get it post Registered.. but some of these Chinese sellers simply post it via Yanwen.

Ur parcel wast sent by pos malaysia right?? (Usually with red bus/bike) not by poslaju postment right?? (orange bus/bike)

I believe so. This is normal mail. No way delivery done by Poslaju.

when it reached malaysia, about 8-10 days

but if u add up with the shipping duration from china, total of days should be around 15-22 days

Up to today after blady 3 months my item reached Malaysia (handled by yanwen) have not reached me. Bet our pis Malaysia took it cause they know can't be tracked .

Lucky that I'm using aliexpress so they refunded my money full amont

I have the same experience. Now its already 2 months. I've opened dispute. But tracking from Yanwen showed it already arrived in Malaysia. The problem is they did not provide tracking no for pos malaysia, something like RFxxxxxxxCN. or else I can easily track its whereabouts. After reading this thread, it feels more like the custom already took it.

Have u got ur parcel yet? I have the same issue, my parcel already reached Malaysia on 8th february, almost 2 months in Malaysia but it hasn't reached yet.

Seller agreed to refund... did not really follow up coz the amount involve not that big

Hi, yanwen track end when arriving at destination country means you are using yanwen surface mail which tracking number starts at "YC" and 9 digits in the middle and ends up with "YW". You can track yanwen packages here:Yanwen express tracking

But item not received yet..

need to ask seller after this.. i really dont want YANWEN as courier services anymore..

last time i bought from taobao also dont know which local courier handle

then the cs gip me the tracking no. and name of courier

i already ask from seller the tracking number and i got this (AA765392322YN)

but it shows already arrive at malaysia since 12 January.. now already 28 january.. no further details about this parcel from yanwen website..
