yanwen delivery service from China, anyone tried before?

mine also problem..the tracking shows it's already here in Malaysia on 12th January..
Now already 26th January.. But item not received yet.. need to ask seller after this.. i really dont want YANWEN as courier services anymore.. cant track the parcel after arrived at Malaysia.. already contact Pos Malaysia but they also cant help..  |
