Btw, can anyone tell me is there a need to get Mr. Surfacer and Mr. Base White? Or getting one will do?

Depends on the paint job you want to do.
i recommend you get atleast one each.
they make it easier for paint to stick and level the surface for painting.
If you are planning to paint a light color scheme on a dark part, the surfacer makes it easier.

Not really, as I said before, depends on the review. I would be happy if I got it for free, but it's not something that I really want, for now.

I personally use Krylon plastic primer, so far works great. Try to find them at Ace Hardware.
