changing valve seal. Noticeable oil missing after 2k mileage.

guys anyone of you upgraded your brake servo/master brake pump?

Any compatible pump (plug n play type) that you can recommend for me to half cut? Nothing too fancy as i intend to keep the other parts like caliper/rotor as stock.

Today I notice this part is leaking with oil stain...Is near the gearbox

Do I need worry? What this part call? Want to ask the mechanic how much its cost to fix it...

I also notice that when I driving, I smelt some chao tar smell from the air con vent when I rev above 3000k rpm on 4th gear...

Is that smell related to this leak?
