I think only block 20%, the rest clear.

u know more than half of the units are not facing cemetery right?

then those units, about 40% facing cemetery, and almost half got blocked by ohako... laugh.gif

Yes, they are giving 15% rebate, means the 10% d/p is waived, only RM 5k for booking but this amount will be refunded after signing S&P, the remaining 5% rebate will be given when the property is ready for key handover. Buyer only need to pay for stamp duty. Just check with them, Block B type C (1181 sqf) left 2 units and type C1 (1156 sqf) left 3 units only.

wow in this case the sales is pretty good...

i placed my booking previously with this SA call Vincent, he is a great guy.. But because my dad doesn't like the location, in the end have to cancel and bought somewhere else... sweat.gif

to be honest...the traffic condition there is going to haunt you...if you actually went there and look at it urself

I did.. but i went there during weekends..

Why? Weekday jam ah? Because only 1 road in and out...

I managed to snap a photo on their letter from MPSJ, which they claimed all criteria fulfilled, and developer had paid RM 1 mil

What is the take up rate? went to site visit the construction seem stop already after piling complete.
