Just placed booking fee today. Now praying for my loan to approve.

Went to both Ohako and Twinz showroom today. I still prefer the low density, bigger space concept compared to Ohako.

2xx vs 7xx units. Looking at Ohako showroom, the medium and small room is a joke doh.gif

But no doubt Ohako does look more luxury to me. If Ohako is 5 star, then Twinz is 4 star..

With the same price I'd rather get Twinz.. Bigger space, lower density. 7 units per floor + 3 lifts biggrin.gif

I'm getting type C, but facing pool view, thankfully ohako building will block my cemetery view. tongue.gif

At first when i see ohaku, i almost place booking fee until i saw twinz. I'd rather have better space inside my house than fancy facilities..

Block B is 80-90% sold while block A, all type A and B sold. Type C and D in block A not open for public yet.

I actually peep to the agent's google sheet instead of the stickers. But yeah, block B pretty much sold.

I actually placed booking for Twinz but because dad doesnt like the place, thus I shifted to Aquata project..

wow in this case the sales is pretty good...

i placed my booking previously with this SA call Vincent, he is a great guy.. But because my dad doesn't like the location, in the end have to cancel and bought somewhere else... sweat.gif

I did.. but i went there during weekends..
