Yes, they are giving 15% rebate, means the 10% d/p is waived, only RM 5k for booking but this amount will be refunded after signing S&P, the remaining 5% rebate will be given when the property is ready for key handover. Buyer only need to pay for stamp duty. Just check with them, Block B type C (1181 sqf) left 2 units and type C1 (1156 sqf) left 3 units only.
