mind to share what made you choose Twinz, over nearby new launch such as Ohako and Parc Ville?

Actually both O'hako and Twinz are first time developer which is very risky to be invest. The only things that I am seeking is low density.

Pricing wise, O'hako will be much cheaper, but design wise Twinz looks like the mini Sunway Lagoon. Just one thing is the maintenance fees is RM0.33 PSF. It's a little expansive compare to normal rate.

Low density in the condo itself, yes. However, you know how many condos are there in the area yet? Just asking.

I have went to the Jalan Pipit two days ago. It is not as bad as mentioned la. I am staying at Cheras right now, the traffic is even worst than Puchong.

8am. The road is really small plus people simply park around nearby the badminton court.

Not bad la, around 8.20am drive back from Koi Kinrara to Old Klang Road need like about 10 minutes.

I started to get worry now, Twiz doesn't seem so hot compare to O'hako.

Today I decide to make a booking cancellation because they cheated me that I need to pay residential rate for everything but now he told me is commercial rate. Also the maintenance fees hike up to RM400+ which is very expansive, the SA don't even bother to entertain me for cancellation. So there goes my RM5k. Think twice before you buying from this developer. sad.gif

Wow, sorry to hear that...why commercial rates since there are no shops below the apartment?

What do you mean "don't even bother to entertain me for cancellation"? No action taken at all after you told him you want to cancel?
