There is few layout and price range as below:

550sf (1 Room/1+1 Room) - RM491k onwards
789sf (1+1 Room) - RM708k onwards
1024sf (3 Rooms unit) - RM874k onwards
1095sf (3 Rooms unit) - RM900k onwards

lol. any projects also saying good sales. skylux also. the sales chart SA brought to me dff with the sticker game showing in sales gallery... anyway, whatever you want to trust lar. market is pretty bad now

800psf is for 1000sq unit. Comes with 5% rebate.
1000psf is for studio unit. Cones with 9% rebate
900psf is for 1bedroom unit. Comes w 9% rebate.

Was told that half of the 1000sq units have been sold and signed spa.

Ground work done jor...

But couldnt verified.

1.2kms to phileo lrt....how to walk there? Heavy traffic heavy sun.

The car entrance to the building needs to pass thru the market...expecting to be heavy during morning.

Better buy ttdi if die die must buy...like segaris.

Confirm many gong gong po po from ss17 bought biji for themselves to retire so that they can pass on their ancestor house to the kids..

No la. Dont think walk is a good idea haha. Get a motorcycle easier ma. or a bicycle.
Traffic yeah could be an issue but since road widening there it could be ok
But after rebates less than 800psf and freehold... dont think will be not good looking at Sek 13 the neighbor is looking at more than 850psf onwards which is leasehold somemore. Traffic will be same as in Sek 17 as so many project coming in there

Haha thats one of the thought from developer... not on gong gong po po but the concept on building and expand their family over there. From Biji to Pokok dan buah-buah haha
