Confirm many gong gong po po from ss17 bought biji for themselves to retire so that they can pass on their ancestor house to the kids..

Traffic yeah could be an issue but since road widening there it could be ok But after rebates less than 800psf and freehold... dont think will be not good looking at Sek 13 the neighbor is looking at more than 850psf onwards which is leasehold somemore.
