Looking at the plan seem like the wet market will still be there adjacent to the biji, what you guys think about this

I thought they have been selling aggressively in many malls with booth, but show room sales says they are in booking stage now, ask me faster book cause 200+ booked now waiting to go into ballot stage?
Already constructing up don't know how many storey already still waiting for balloting? A bit doesn't make sense to me... |

From what d SA said, cuz before was only open to developer's close associates. Now only open to public. Already constructing up don't know how many storey already still waiting for balloting? went there last weekend
no one entertain me and my friend. they just standing at the desk area and won't bother us at all even though they saw us. only uncles and aunts got served small units all taken and left only 1k+sf at high floor. around 800-900k |
