So low? I believe they did the right thing to promote in the shopping mall.
Good to promote and gain awareness while getting quite a crowd there.

Night time lagi crowded. They really picking up steam. With the current market and still having people interested to find out about it gives it a more positive light.

I wonder why developer allow agents to open booth in shopping mall

On the other hand... shouting limited units available.

Both strategies don't jive....

They are giving Merbau Timber Flooring in all rooms with Cengal wood door frame
And the kitchen cabinet with hob & hood also using ceramic hob which is faster than induction and can use pot as well.

I like the Timber Flooring, so trendy and easy to clean also.
The development is attractive right?
They will be in Tropicana for the whole week I think, if anyone of you wanna go and ask.

Ceramic cooker can be use for pot/ wok that made from various type of materials. That is the only advantage over induction cooker.

Thanks kradun. He had answer BEANCOUNTER question.
But of course no right or wrong. For ppl who cook a lot may love it. For some may not. Frankly I didn't know about the electric consumption. Maybe someone can help out on that?

Dun need to ask here...just consult anka google.

Induction heat up compatible pot faster, hence save more electricity.

Ceremic slower to heat up and it also heated up the surface as well...make it less safe.

induction hob direct heating the cookware, the heating speed is far more faster than ceramic hob
and ceramic is usually cheaper than induction hob

anyway, cookware suitable for induction hob is really limited sad.gif

ceramic vs induction
