Semenyih so many ladang waiting convertion to housing estate.

Died lio. Semenyih Supply > demand lio.  and

Worst the futher rinching and beranang that only 3km to negeri sembilan.     

My company Gamuda........also noticed the high supply in Semenyih Lekas area......decided to drop Palm Oil  farm land offer  here and focus on Rawang and Putra Height/Puchong area.

medium income.. as much as people can say setia ecohill is the next setia alam, bla bla, Semenyih is much further to KL and Damansara/PJ as well..

Nevertheless, I believe Semenyih is a good place for ownstay homebuyers.. Investors hard a bit unless entry price low  Semenyih got IOI city mall 22 mins away la.. so it'll be more liveable..
