Yalor, Semenyih new launches consider decent and affordable price, I dunno how if those review the price at Bdr Rimbayu, Alam Impian, Elmina, Denai Alam, Bdr Bukit Raja, Bdr Bestari Klang, Ambang Botanic etc. all these are good and premium townships at respective area.

This thread damm happening, so I must join a bit. But the TS a bit funny, subject and post starter very totally different and other comments all also discussed about others. Lol.

i heard TS also purchased diamond city project at semenyih, but now TS is the one who said semenyih property die lo..

Just sharing my real story.

there is no "far" word in my dictionary.

My clients base in klang valley. can i said your area is too far and i dont want to deal business with you?

if semenyih has a gold mine and ask you to dig. will you said is too far and you dont want ?

So travel everyday from sabak bernam to work meh? You sure the subsales price are suitable? If you are investing you also feel stupid buying back the same spec lu... will you buy..

Not everyone can afford setia alam and its lifestyle after price are inflated..if everyone sees not far.. where got chance to have depressing occupancy... launching time few days finish... subsales take years also cant finish

izzit so hard to admit prop price and depressing occupancy are due speculation..

the concept is to target young buyer /kids who like new concept.. they thought they are on top of the world sortof ting..ask the sellers you want to buy or not at 200k at least on top of the price.. everyting has a price even how good the concept is... if the project is that good no one can talk bad about it..

How much is doom networth.. iritating that dude..milionares got?

The selling price after vp is depend on supply vs demand at that time.
C things must c both sides.
U laughed setia alam ppl. The location so far.
Setia alam ppl laughed u miss the opportunity.
Kajang ppl said setia alam Sibeh far

Alamak. Different location got diff demand. Ok

U're such a clown, no wonder so many ppl attack u.

We were discussing the issue of distance, suddenly u jumped off to the matter of subsales price.

Back to setia alam, for me it's very convenient. It's would be an ideal center spot for me who's working in PJ and my parents who stayed in SB. Not to mention it's very happening at Setia City Mall during weekends. Setia alam has very nice landscape too.

Subsales wise, it's indeed a high mark up. But that's the market, owners wanna sell high, buyers wanna buy low. Owner's wanna mark up 200k, u can choose to ignore because that's his ideal profit. If he's desperate he'll let go at a lower price. As simple as that.

If one really desperate to stay at setia alam they can opt for apartments like Seri Jati or Seri Baiduri.

Of course it's sad case for the young home buyers but that's the game goes. It's investment and business. U can only do ur homework and pray for a fair and genuine seller. Or hunt for weak holding power seller.
