to be honest, my experience with Maxis was considered good despite the early 'ambiguities' lol. anyway, anyone getting refunded their advanced payment?

Contacted maxis via online chat, they said the delivery will be on monday or tuesday which is yesterday or today.
then contact again, they said will be on this week. no exact date given. fuuu |

I FINALLY KNOW WHY THE PHONE DIN COME TO ME! BECAUSE THEY DELIVER TO A FREAKING WRONG ADDRESS WHICH I HAVE CALLED THEM EARLIER AND REMINDED THEM SO MANY FREAKING TIMES ABOUT IT. N YET THEY CAN STILL MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.NOW THERE IS A FAIL DELIVERY... WHILE I WAIT HERE LIKE STUPID!!!!

Sri Petaling Area...MOS 139 XXXX. Empty promise by Maxshit again saying will delivery today. Screw Supervisor more than 15 minutes. He said 3rd party courier working over time to delivery if not receive any call /sms after 8pm. Please call again to maxshit. WTH!!!!
FYI ...i received call from Maxis last friday saying they have delay shipment. Will rebate rm100 inside the bill..Not sure how true is that...Good luck |
