Yup. No need to make any more call to 123 or BS, waste time only won't solve anything. If your status already pickpacked for few days and no one yet to call you for delivery, just drive to BS go to 5th floor and walk in. You don't even need to ask looking for your iPhone, the staff see your face also know already...haha Just pass your printed MOS order and they will look in their store room. Then they ask your IC for verification and pass you the phone. Thats how I got mine last Friday in less than 15min. 6+SG 64gb ordered 31st early morning. Those ordered 31st i am pretty sure your units are there at BS already unless you preordered much later.

And just like what others said and BS staff themselves not enough manpower and each delivery boy can take less than 12 units. The reason Maxis put 7-14days for those ordered early is primarily due to the slowness of delivery which can be easily solved by sending all to maxis centres to clear house. even if contract has already been signed with BS, this is clearly a crisis that should be resolved quickly.

I am 1 of the victim with pre ordered on 31st with units not there in BS.. 

Received a call from 123 yesterday night around 9pm, was told order is with BS and may self collect as they takes time deliver.

I asked her are you sure, i was being told out of stock until Dec.. she said yes, your order is ady with BS.

So this morning I went there at 9am sharp, got to Ms Angel and check on my MOS ID.. was told Order not flow in yet.. 

Then i called to maxis and scolded them for 17mins.. before i left, Ms Angel said let me check with Maxis should they have stock for you.. one moment.

After wait for 10mins, she said just received your order from Maxis, but sorry to inform we had run out of stock.

I did not get mad with her as she has been very helpful.. again is all Maxis problem!!!~

For a telco company, this is a big FAIL... Breakdown in COMMUNICATIONS...

No I did not... BS said order came in, but no stock.. I think there are plenty of stocks there, just no instruction from Maxis to give away..~

What could be done has done. Each time called to maxis just to inform I am still waiting, hopefully don't drag till Dec..

Already start losing bit of excitement towards the Iphone and totally lost trust on Maxis..

I actually placed an order in apple store online on 14th Nov, available to shipped is 3-4 weeks.

Currently in processing stage, have the option to cancel before it reaches preparing shipment stage..

So I shall see Maxis which I pre ordered on 31st Oct will reach me faster than apple store online ordered on 14th Nov, which ever comes first i will cancel the other 1.~
