fudge up maxis. sudently the centre call up that my 2nd 64gb set is ready to pickup. the set that suppose to be refund which already confirm on 2 nov. they checkup system also confuse. now the refund time reset back 2 weeks. not only the server but thier team is incompetent. dunno how many duplicate order already , maybe there even someone who got more then 1 iphone delivered. who knows!

I think it's time for me t o call maxis....
ordered on 1st nov, still not yet receive, but some of you ordered on 2nd nov got it already, really cilaka

Guys, Maxis One Plan comes with iphone require you to supersize to 1Gb onwards right? It is a must right?

How long does the warranty covers if you are on 12mths or 24mths contract?
Last time i heard it follows the contract tenure.

Only 12 months. Unless you buy extended warranty.

I can confirmed this as I've tried to service my phone few months back with more than 1 year usage.

Currently yes, only 12 months. Back then during iPhone 4s, it follows your contract (up to 2 years). First year direct by Maxis, 2nd year handled by Brightstar.

Source: I'm a current owner of an iPhone 4S with 2 year contract that went through warranty claim during the 2nd year.

Deliver area by area I know it's easier for them to settle the mountain height task, but if BS unable to deliver in time to those pre orders on 31st of oct which is located in those area inconvenient for them at least come out other solution like letting us earlier buyer to self collect at nearest maxis branch or something instead!
