This project IJM already confirm this need pay for maintaince even no fencing. So residence must pay.
If procedure and approval got done well IJM will build for free, residence no need worries.

But got trend can see. Normally project super hot and many comment in forum that's more worries, most of them are investor and online research people. So you can aware those project not hot in forum like kota kemuning, kemuning utama and some others, all great. Most are buy for stay not really online research or investor.

I think first phase more investors /flippers....because it's quite cheap that time...<600k?..those ballot....just don't know where r they only...haha..hopefully they will join Ra and agree wif fence...or if they sell, the new owner will agree for fencing also....

Setting up the RA and build fence is only the beginning. Committed to run the RA is the BIGGEST issue. Everyone will raise both hands and legs to support setting up RA BUT when it comes to who to run then all will really RUN.....
I am one of them to be honest....
Simple example. Neighbourhood organise gotong royong. How many will turn up???????

Needs a lot of 'Donkeys, or Mules or Ass' work and also a period of time for the RA to really work........

Then only voting, planning and do the rest.

If all owners give up easily, then the community would be dis-harmony and selfish to each other.

RA is a must to set up a good and great community.

Not that I would like them to be competitor, but since they are all locate in the same zone, sure people will compare with each other (Rimbayu, ES and TA..... coming soon Gamuda)

Market competition is always good to the consumers / buyers, it will give us more choice
