Actually I also very look good on TA and ES. Just not many project catch my eyes too. Once catch, then no point to doubt too. But if the project got cons also need to point out too. But still very based on individual prefence, no project is perfect.

true true. should be very peaceful retirement area which not far from city also.
But if work KL daily, it's really a bit far. Just hope when the highway connected, the route to KL not so jam

Concept should be like desa park city if IJM really implement correctly with the principle of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED). Means township itself is peace, because less car pass by due to all is go house and end road. But out of residence area is happening with commercial or car might pass by to SKVE.

The Arc actually not so impressive. hahaha... I think for marketing wise, IJM still need to improve.
But overall is OK, just they do not know how to present it.
I believe they able to success the township, if improve marketing will helps their sales.

Haha. Because their main park so called town park haven't develop. IJM more conservative, even club house only want to kick off this year. Need to make sure sufficient people join. But TA build with phase 1 together complete.

ES 1 gate photo already wow, TA 1 lake concept already wow.
BR concept ok, but details and amenities lacking. Arc a bit empty.
just like i also do not know when will purposely go upper level of ARC, no where sit, nothing play, nothing see.
Besides, Rimbayu of cause better than many many area, just feel a bit waste. if got such big land and big developer capacity can do ti better only

But according to their brochure or model, i believe phase 3, phase 4 and phase 5 having quite nice landscape.

Phase 3, i just feel nice from model. Phase 4, i feel nice from brochure. Phase 5, i feel nice from illusion photo

Worth or not worth depends. because I got friends also every day drive from bukit tinggi to kl work. I think is 50km.
For me, yes got a distance actually. unless you really super love this location and important no jam (out early) will do
