IJM having 4 individual title phases (but phase 1 and phase 2 considered sold out, remaining units only phase 3 / phase 4) and 1 strata title. Bandar Rimbayu Update. Last Week 4 units Wisteria sold. Past 2 weeks 3 units Periwinkle sold. Now Scarlet 24x70 left only bumi, 24x75 left only 4 non bumi.
