Second time only. It's just close to my current place. This time to check phase 1 also and will try to sneak into my own house. I saw last week seems like completed already.

I agree with some one who said type A has a practical space for G floor but type B is better for upper floor.
Quality wise and toilet design & color, stairs handles, sliding door should have done better.

For me it's not hot. I hate cold whether. I wear jacket to bed every night when Aircon is on. My son cannot tahan staying in a room no Aircon. Sweat like crazy. My partner is also the same. Let them sleep in the same room. My master room no Aircon. Hehe.

The problem with this project is a new township. Lots of ppl still have no confident la. This is what I observe when I talked abt it with ppl ard me.

I wan to design my home using IKEA planner software. How do get the size of each area of the house? How can we get the house plan? Or I need to wait till the key handover and measure the house myself?
