Not so nice leh. Copy text from V2 and add some pics. I"m not good at Lowyat but did tried my best. Plz forgive me guys.

IJM has facebook and i checked with them once on the house quality that have been complained by someone. They called me after few days. I hope they will response my new question soon to clarify on this.

You mean your house is the last row facing the main road (ouside Rimbayu)? I thk the effected ones are those on the right side of Z6 (rimbayu main road), not back side lor. but still from your house on the your right, the view will be a wall of road ground. we are in the same boat.

I see. not really effected if u r looking straight from bedroom balcony unless u look to your right. at first i bought house no.10 on that row but then i changed my mind cuz it's near the main road. I shouldn't have changed it if i know the this then.

anyway, i remember now that SA told me on the right side will actually be three next to the road...she even show me we can walk out from the last house on the last row (right) to the said road...she didn't tell me it's split level with the road also leh...

Guys, need some advice. I'm currently renting a place near my office n lease end May'15 but my house in Rimbayu phase 2 completed in July. So I plan to continue my rent for another 3 months til AuG'15. I have 1 month to check defects. N I want to move immediately but I m concern that not many is moving. Is 1 month enuf to check detects n renovate the house? Not really renovate. More on fixing lightings n add built-in. What u guys thk? The rental is expensive I can't afford to pay for the rent and loan at the same time. Or should I fjnd a cheAper place to stay and move later? But how long I actually need to check defects and the do rest. Plz advice. I'm real stress right now

Ok thanks guys for ur responses. I can move back to my I laws's but I have so many stuffs to move which is not my option:(. I thk I have to consider talking to the owner renting until whenever everything is in place which might have to be in OCT or even till end of the year. 1.5k for rental and 3k for home loan, That's a lot man!! I will be really broke by the time I move.
BTW,how many ppl here are moving in ard the same time I move in Oct'15 or even as soon as VP?
