Just came back from perennia show units. stranger design with the courtyard. katil facing toilet. built quality less than chimes except for the porch flooring.

about 10 cars in two sessions. not bad but dunno if anyone put in their cheque.

also overheard two guys talking to each other saying the word "malai" (referring to Malays). dunno what the sentiment here. surely rimbayu is not malay area. bumi units always not finished.

hi jeghui what do you mean by built quality less than chimes ? I just came back also... I will say the handrail and masterbedroom toilet of chimes is better than perrenia... otherwise i will say the finishing of perrenia is either equal or better than chimes....

I manage to sneak into chimes actual unit.... i find the foyer is really taking up a lot of space off from the living hall.. making the living hall looks kinda small ( saw the 22x75 unit).

One thing that i notice about perrenia is that it has a lot of trusses ( area that is not flushed), especially around the courtyard section.. which makes it look ugly.....

Overall i think perrenia type B layout quite good (though not so conventional)... like type B more than type A.

If compare to chimes... i think Perrenia has got larger common area (living room on ground and upper floor while chimes has larger kitchen ...  so chimes vs perrenia ... really depends on your priorities....

Inhave an idea, we Cover up the court yard and cover the upstairs and turn it to mini court yard upstaris. Leaving the high roof as it is. It turns out that we have bigger space both lower n upper floor. And no need to worries if u have any kids. They can run ard upstairs too. Will not fall down

i though of putting water feature and removing the concrete slab of the courtyard and replaced with wood flooring (like the one near the ARC) so half wood and the other half some plants plus water feature... what do you guys think ?

How much do I need to pay if I wanna turn my stairs space to drawers like these
