actually developer can do it advance, get the signature from the buyers then apply through local council, before VP, can built the fence and guard house, not need wait until VP then only do it..
*
Developer said local council not allow developer to do it before VP and RA form. So must wait for the VP then only can form the RA.

Come and join the virtual RA in FB first. biggrin.gif

not trying to pull anyone's plonker but seriously, you are not aware of the windows at the front wall and then still decided to buy the house?
*
Most buyer know it..... Like the famous "Reban Ayam" issue, just want to express their "dislike" about the glass there.

Now is the time to think what to do .... hmm.gif

Ehhh..I seriously not sure we have to apply permit for Reno...
I thought is big Reno then must apply, those  involving building structure changes..

Small one like building kitchen cabinet, installing grille, changing the dawai gate, painting etc oso need permit? sweat.gif
*
Normally interior no need to apply permit. If you are doing any exterior job, you must apply. However beware of your rubbish or anything put on the public area, that may cause you trouble.

Just curious about the asking price via iproperty and propwall ...

Previously, the ads for Chimes and Perennia were all over RM 800k-850k but when I used my friend's HP and called, found some agents actually dont have concrete info of the units selling and exact price.

Until my friend , whom I recommend him to take a look into Bdr Rimbayu, checked last 2-3 weeks, agents dropped the asking price to RM 750-800k and now he told me, the ads asking price reduce from RM 700-750k and under nego to secure this price range for him.

It would be excellent buy for him if he able to find a unit btw RM 700-750k
*
Wow.... price drop 100K? Most agent simply taruh on the iProperty page to attract people potential customer to call them.

i think with current market, 750k is a good price... 700k is not a good price

with this price, hopefully more ppl buy, and then make Chimes really happening!
most important is still .. more n more ppl buy to stay, hahaha
*
At this price range, not many ppl will buy for investment. Most will be for own stay. biggrin.gif

700k ? No way la.. Kena Rpgt already nothing left ! Should be 750k up !

If 750K (subsale) for Chimes vs 880K (new launch) for Wisteria......
Which one will you choose?

If no rushing for own stay, might go for the Wisteria as now Wisteria still got the promotion of rebate on down payment.

Especially those need to secure 90% loan + can't fork out the initial 10% + MOT, need to consider it properly.

what is the rental for Chimes?

Will anyone try to rent out? for MAHSA students? hahaha
*
Not at this moment while the BSP link not ready. Normally it will be difficult for new area to rent out their houses.

If not mistaken, there are some member here is asking to rent out for certain period before they move in.

For Rimbayu to compete with KK area, facilities everything is not ready yet..... so how much do you expect?
