Consider for 1M condition, you need only 50K for the down payment. MOT at least 3-5 years later.......

For individual title, the same 1M you need to fork out 100K + MOT (another 30-40K)....... that's is a very attractive package. Too bad I won't be able to buy another house with my existing commitment..... blush.gif

TA one [Not confirm one]

22x75, build up around 2300++, price around 815K, maintenance fee = RM0.15/psf

Rimbayu Phase 5

23x80, build up around 2400++, price 881K (with 2% rebate if book tomorrow, plus 2% rebate if sign S&P by Mid-March, 1% extra for repeat buyer). Maintenance fee = RM0.15/psf


There is one advantage TA win over Rimbayu would be TA end/corner will offer additional two feed (24x75) and 3-storey super link.

For me, Rimbayu is a good buy. But if you prefer to have more premium one (bigger build up like 3-storey), then should go for TA.

That's my personal opinions worth RM0.01. tongue.gif

TA got advantages in the sense that they do provide units with bigger build up (3 storey type). Others mostly the same, even the concept.
