There is one advantage TA win over Rimbayu would be TA end/corner will offer additional two feed (24x75) and 3-storey super link.
For me, Rimbayu is a good buy. But if you prefer to have more premium one (bigger build up like 3-storey), then should go for TA.
That's my personal opinions worth RM0.01.
