Ha ha.... all this part of the marketing strategy. Let us wait and guess what will their ultimate strategy.

They might sell phase 1 in damn cheap then raise the phase 2 higher so create the feeling of "VERY GOOD RESPONSE". If is damn cheap, most will be sapu by internal ppl + VVIP already. Outsider got to wait for phase 2 and see the uptrend in marketing price. Pure guessing only.

If TA going to sell G&G for 800K, then Rimbayu Phase 3 & 4 sure died already. Then Chimes will get more assistant in getting the fence up faster to show people F&G also not that bad. He he.....

Honestly, be it BR or TA, if RM 800k or more, if own stay I think ok since even Klang bjg project also nearing this price, if invest, I feel not easy but got to hold long since huge township of IJM, Tropicana, EcoWorld and upcoming GamudaLand.

I saw iProperty price drop from 820K ==> 780K...... then the actual transaction price could be lower than this. May be 750K?

Check the defect may take 1-2 weeks max. But the real hassel will be how long IJM can settle your problem. Better hope you satisfied with the quality IJM offer.

For the renovation, you may prepare early. Ask for quotation and finalize your contractor. For example, kitchen cabinet will need around 2-4 weeks already. One month is really tight schedule for me.

With rental and home loan together, it is sure to have hard time for certain period. You got to scarify a bit of convenient. Besides, if you move in within 6 months of VP, I'm sure you will be the first batch of people to move in. I suppose even some Chimes owner haven't move in yet.

As for me, I'm Chimes owner. Still not very sure what time I will move in. May in Jun / Dec much depend on the occupancy rate of my area. Of course if I choose to move in late, the financial burden will be much heavy. blush.gif

Depend on financial status, got to choosy a bit in term of renovation. Will choose the most essential thing to do first.

Scarlet similar to Chimes, non-fencing initially. Need to wait for RA setup and summit the proposal. Recently there are news mention that Majlis Bandaraya remove those 'illegal' fencing, ie. without proper application one.

Just went to TA SA Office. Seems that both are start fighting..... TA one quite competitive but everything not confirm. Afternoon got time will go to Rimbayu SA office to have a look. Hmm......
