i agreed part of it... Anyway, I think since first/second phase, very good respond (almost BBB for non-bumi units), and then 3rd phase A also finished.. don't think they will do an even bigger stuff/WOW event.. Maybe they can just focus on getting all the infrastructure ready (eg: the road to BSP, gettting more plants ready, start the commerical earlier.. making sure WCE on time.. then definitely the sales will improve, making sure the Fence & Guard is sponsored by them, etc etc).
However.. IF the sales of phase 3B and Phase 4 & 5 are slow.... We don't have to worry, because they will be more worried than us... LOL.. if all buyers choose tropicana AMAN and ecoSanctuary .. then we might see more WOW events, and big marketing strategy coming..
Don't think such a big developer will want their project to go slow... Let's see?
So far I feel they are quite a good one.. (as long as I don't compare with the.. probably BEST developer, EcoWorld in Malaysia now)...
Still prefer them to focus on getting/sponsor fence & guard for phase 1, making sure UNIFI/other telco is ready, making sure plants are all there, road, shops, making sure buyer happy with the end product...... (Then I think without 'WOW' effect, ppl still will come and buy...that's for sure..
If you invite wang li hong, but give me a house with a lot of defect, a lot of problem.. i won't want, unless wang li hong stay in my house for a month.. then diff la.. but in this case i prefer Jolin.. cos wang li hong will only benefited my wife...

Agreed. I do hope the fencing of Phase 1 will be up very soon. As for the link to BSP, heard it will be ready only in 2016. Still long way to go.
The WOW event will attract more people to come but not necessary better environment for the house owner / purchaser. If they can ready the infrastructure on time or even early will be bigger WOW for us.
